We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic capability development professional to join the Business Transformation team! We are on the hunt for a permanent, full-time Capability Development Manager, who will be building a new team within Business Transformation and transforming MAS’s approach to learning and development.
We are looking for someone vibrant and engaging who enjoys proactively partnering with the business to identify and implement learning solutions that will really make a difference to the way our people grow and develop.
You'll work with people at all levels of the organisation, taking them on the learning and development journey, and building excitement and engagement in this space. You'll bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, along with the capability to turn those ideas into reality.
We are looking for someone with:
- Expertise in learning and development at a senior level - you'll be designing, developing and implementing frameworks, pathways and programmes
- Top-notch leadership skills - you'll need to build your team and lead them on exciting this journey
- The ability to operate at a strategic level, along with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in on the tactical side when needed
- A great attitude, brilliant interpersonal skills and oodles of energy.
