We have an exciting opportunity for a Disaster Recovery Adviser to join the MAS team in Wellington.
In this role, you will provide immediate support and manage MAS's response internally in the event of a disaster. You will have a thorough understanding of the EQC Act and ideally have worked in a role where you have coordinated a number of internal stakeholders. Where there is no disaster response, you will help support BAU by providing technical expertise in the management of claims both internally and externally.
You will have at least five years experience in General Insurance, with at least three of these years handling claims, honed empathy skills to build rapport for great outcomes, a desire to seek win-win outcomes and a strong resilience as the pace is high!
