We’re an insurance and retirement savings company for Kiwi professionals, and while we’re small, we’re growing fast. As part of our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, well-mannered phone-based customer service person to provide outrageously good customer service as our Medical Protection Society (MPS) Administrator.

The role

The day-to-day role of the MPS Administrator is to provide skilled advice by telephone and email, respond to all enquiry and to complete administration functions for MPS.

Part of your role will be processing quotations, updating memberships, providing advice and support to MPS members, and keeping their files update regularly.

Our team is based in Johnsonville, Wellington and the hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.00 pm.

What you’ll need

You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, the right attitude, and a passion for customer service. We’ll be looking for you to engage and listen to our Members and have great conversations to understand their needs, so previous experience within customer services is essential.
