As part of our growth, we are looking for our next MAS Adviser.

The opportunity | He angitūtanga

You'll be providing quality advice and implementing suitable solutions to existing and new Members regarding our personal insurance products and KiwiSaver. In addition, you'll be referring our Members to other areas in the business in relation to general insurance, lending and business needs. 

Building strong relationships is fundamental. You'll also need to be comfortable developing and implementing sales strategies to obtain our ambitious growth targets. 

You'll be undertaking annual portfolio reviews with our existing Members, to ensure they have the appropriate products to meet their needs, as well as identifying, meeting with and gaining new Members. 

The work is carried out in a variety of ways including meeting Members face-to-face in their workplace or home, using online technology such as MS Teams and Zoom, and attending networking events. The role is mobile and will also require the flexibility to work out of traditional business hours.

Key attributes we are looking for | He kōrero mōu 

  • FSLAA Level 5 Certificate
  • Strong relationship and collaboration skills
  • Five plus years' of relevant industry experience in a customer facing role
  • Proven experience advising and selling personal insurance and Kiwisaver
  • Demonstrated application of sales techniques and proven ability applying them
  • Drive and willingness to go the extra mile for Member satisfaction
  • Ability to network
