He angitūtanga | The opportunity

As our new Organisational Development and Engagement Consultant you will be responsible for contributing to the development, design and delivery of MAS' Organisational Development (OD) strategy and programmes across culture and engagement, leadership and wellbeing development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Working closely with the Head of Organisational Development as well as the Capability Development and PX business partnering teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that embed our purpose, build our culture, and enable our people to thrive.

Our ideal candidate will bring at least three years' experience in an HR/OD role, and we are also looking for the following:

  • Strong ability to build enduring relationships within the team and across the wider business
  • The ability to influence and change management skills
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Previous experience in culture or business transformation programmes of work
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • A focus on continuous improvement and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional customer/stakeholder engagement skills.
