About the opportunity:

In this newly created sole charge role you can really let your creative juices flow as you’ll design an exceptional Sourcing and Attraction strategy that will enable MAS to fulfil our growth ambitions, in addition to being a true Talent Partner, providing expert advice and hands-on support to hiring managers.

You’ll enjoy working closely with our PX Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their recruiting requirements and coach and support them to successfully recruit top talent.

About you:

  • 3-5 years talent acquisition experience
  • Strong understanding of best practice recruitment processes
  • Proven track record identifying, approaching and converting passive candidates
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills and experience working with ATS systems
  • An interest and understanding of basic principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, te ao Māori and Tikanga would be highly beneficial

We are looking for an experienced, innovative forward thinker, who is comfortable doing the thinking and rolling up their sleeves to do the mahi. Your flexibility, collaborative style and strong relationship building skills will set you up for success at MAS.
