We understand that dealing with practical matters after the passing of a loved one can be overwhelming. At MAS, we’re here to support you through this time. If you need to notify us about the passing of a loved one, we've laid out the steps below.

Once we receive your information, one of our team will reach out within 1 to 2 business days, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Whether it’s finalising accounts, releasing funds, or continuing to manage any policies or investments, we’ll make sure everything is handled smoothly and with care.
