MAS Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the MAS new product concept survey prize draw (the Prize Draw), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited, 10 Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140.
  2. The Prize Draw is open to persons who have products with MAS and were invited to complete the survey.
  3. A person receives one entry into the prize draw by completing the survey before the close date 9th October 2026.
  4. The Prize Draw will be drawn at the closure of the survey by a MAS representative. The winner will be 1 randomly selected person who meets the criteria set out in these terms.
  5. The winner will receive a $250 Prezzee e-gift card and they will be notified by email to the same address the survey link was sent to.
  6. If a winner does not claim the Prize within 30 days, the Prize will be redrawn in accordance with these terms.
  7. The Prize is not transferable. MAS reserves the right to change the date the prize is drawn, cancel the Prize Draw or exchange the Prize for a similar prize or equivalent value without notice at any time. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. MAS's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Employees of MAS and its related companies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.
  9. If a winner does not comply with these terms, MAS reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner.
  10. Variation: MAS reserves the right to vary any of these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice.
