MAS Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By updating or confirming your Join the Conversation (JTC) subscriber details through the Contact Details or Confirmation form, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the MAS Join the Conversation Update Your Details competition (the Prize Draw):

1.  The promoter of the Prize Draw is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited, Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140.

2. The Prize Draw is open to people who are subscribed to JTC subscribers and who meet the criteria as set-out in the MAS join the conversation prize draw:

  • have joined the conversation by completing the first prize draw form on mas.co.nz/jointheconversation; and
  • have updated their contact details by submitting the online form, or
  • have confirmed their contact details as being correct by submitting the online form; and 
  • have not unsubscribed from the Join the conversation at the time the prize was draw

3. The Prize Draw will be drawn by a MAS representative. The winner will be 20 randomly selected people who have updated their JTC contact details or confirmed they they are correct between 14 January 2026 and 9 February 2026. 

4. The winners who meet the criteria set out in Clause 2 and 3 will receive a $50 Prezzee e-gift card each. The winners will be notified either by email or phone as provided in the first prize draw form.

5.  If a winner does not claim the Prize in 30 days, the Prize will be redrawn in accordance with these terms.

6.  The Prize is not transferable. MAS reserves the right to change the date the prize is drawn, cancel the Prize Draw or exchange the Prize for a similar prize or equivalent value without notice at any time. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. MAS’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Employees of MAS and its related companies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.

8.  By entering the Prize Draw you agree that MAS may use your name and photograph for publicity purposes.

9.  If a winner does not comply with these terms, MAS reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner.

10.  MAS does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever to the winner beyond these terms and conditions. 

11.  Variation: MAS reserves the right to vary any of these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice.
