MAS Annual Meeting of Members 2026

We invite our Members to join us online at 7:00pm on Wednesday 26 August 2026 (NZST) for our Annual Meeting of Members. 

This Meeting is a great opportunity for our Members to learn about our performance and key activities over the past year.  

How to attend the Meeting online 

The Meeting will be held via the Computershare platform, and all Members are welcome to attend and ask questions. Further instructions are in the Virtual Meeting Guide.

Voting 

One of the benefits of MAS being a mutual company is that Full Members (registered medical practitioners, dentists or vets) can vote on resolutions. 

Associate Members can attend the Meeting and ask questions but, under the Members' Trust Deed, only Full Members can vote. 

Full Members are asked to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the following ordinary resolutions: 

1. To re-appoint Steve Merchant as a Practitioner Trustee. 
2. To appoint Jennifer Lang as a Commercial Trustee.  
3. To appoint Jon Raby as a Commercial Trustee.

Our annual report for 2026 is now available. It shows how we delivered value for our Members, progressed our strategy and performed financially for the year ended 31 March 2026.
