Your health is the most important thing, so we provide fully subsidised health insurance with nib. You also get fully subsidised life insurance equal to twice your base salary, with options to top this up.

Eileen, Head of Digital Product
Eileen is a passionate product leader who brought her SaaS experience to MAS and has reshaped our approach to delivering member value. She's energized by the autonomy to innovate and experiment, bringing fresh thinking to the way we build. She's also a product nerd who obsesses over user experience and elegant solutions.
Jacob, Head of Growth (Investments)
Jacob started out at MAS as an Adviser supporting our Members and has recently stepped up to Head of Growth for our Investment products. Jacob loves understanding what makes our Members tick and creating solutions that help us grow our mutual so we can support even more New Zealanders to grow their wealth.
Mychaela, Healthy Practice Adviser
Mychaela is an experienced HR professional who joined MAS to be part of our Healthy Practice team supporting our Members to run their businesses with expert HR advice. She’s passionate about creating healthy, thriving workplaces where people can flourish and gets to make an impact doing this with our members everyday.
