Health and Life insurance

Your health is the most important thing, so we provide fully subsidised health insurance with nib. You also get fully subsidised life insurance equal to twice your base salary, with options to top this up.

6% KiwiSaver contribution

A little extra now means a lot later. Employees who are, or become, members of our MAS KiwiSaver Scheme receive a 6% employer contribution. Your future self will thank you.

Wellbeing and sweet deals

We want our people to be at their best, so we provide access to onsite flu jabs and wellness checks, an annual eye test reimbursement, a handy health and wellbeing portal, and up to 6 free confidential counselling sessions per year through Clearhead.

Growing your family? We've got you! We top up parental leave to 100% salary for 26 weeks and keep your KiwiSaver contributions going. Partners, we see you too—you'll get 10 days of paid leave to soak up those special first moments.

She's energized by the autonomy to innovate and experiment, bringing fresh thinking to the way we build. She's also a product nerd who obsesses over user experience and elegant solutions.

Jacob started out at MAS as an Adviser supporting our Members and has recently stepped up to Head of Growth for our Investment products. Jacob loves understanding what makes our Members tick and creating solutions that help us grow our mutual so we can support even more New Zealanders to grow their wealth.
