Please note that we will require supporting evidence of entering private practice, where an insured person becomes self-employed for the first time and incurs debts and liabilities in relation to the establishment and ongoing operation of that practice or business. Practice or partnership agreement, certificate of incorporation, or a letter confirming appointments.
