By participating in the MAS prize draw (Prize Draw), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited (MAS), Level 3, PwC Centre, 10 Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140.
  2. The Prize Draw is open to individuals residing in New Zealand who have registered for and attended the webinar Art Cure: The science of how the arts transforms our health, held on 10 September 2026 at 6:45pm.
  3. Attendance at the live webinar is required to be eligible for the Prize Draw. Registrants who do not attend the live webinar are not eligible to win.
  4. There are seven (7) prizes available to be won. Each prize includes:
    1. One (1) double pass (comprising two tickets) to the Art in the Park Partner Preview Event, held at Eden Park on 12 November 2026; and
    2. One (1) copy of Professor Daisy Fancourt's book, Art Cure.
  5. Five (5) prizes will be drawn during the live webinar. To be eligible, entrants must:
    1. Register for and attend the live webinar; and
    2. Complete the webinar poll during the event.
  6. Two (2) prizes will be drawn from completed post-event surveys. To be eligible, entrants must:
    1. Register for and attend the live webinar; and
    2. Complete and submit the post-event survey provided by MAS.
  7. Winners will be randomly drawn by a MAS representative. Five (5) winners will be drawn during the webinar, and two (2) winners will be drawn following the close of the post-event survey.
  8. Winners will be contacted by MAS via the email address used during registration within seven (7) days of the relevant prize draw.
  9. If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being notified, MAS reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  10. Only one prize may be awarded per person.
  11. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  12. MAS reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  13. Employees of MAS and its related companies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
  14. By accepting a prize, winners agree that MAS may use their name and photograph for publicity purposes.
  15. If a winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, MAS reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
  16. MAS does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever to any entrant or winner beyond these terms and conditions.
  17. MAS reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, cancel the Prize Draw, or make changes to the prizes at any time without prior notice.
  18. MAS's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw.
