By entering the MAS prize draw (the Prize Draw) at NZMSA you agree to the following terms and conditions:   

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited, Level 3, PwC Centre, 10 Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140.   

The prize is 1 x $500 MAS Investment Funds Contribution  

The Prize Draw is open to persons who have: 

  1. Followed @masnz on Tik Tok
  2. Commented on our a-MAS-ing race post, dated 06/06/2026 (most recent post) 

The Prize Draw will be drawn by a MAS representative by 4pm 8 June 2026. The winner of the Prize Draw will be randomly selected and will meet the criteria set out in these terms.  

The Prize Draw winner will receive a MAS Investment Funds contribution valued at $500 and will be notified via direct message to their Tik Tok account.  

Only one entry per person will be accepted.   

To receive the $500 contribution, the winner must be an account holder of a MAS Investment Funds (MASIF) account in their name (individual or joint).  

If the winner is not already an account holder, they must open a MASIF account. Standard MASIF application, eligibility, and customer due diligence requirements apply.  

Where the winner already has a MASIF account, MAS will liaise with the winner to confirm which account to deposit the contribution into.  

If MAS is unable to confirm the winner’s MASIF account details within 60 days, MAS will not be liable to make the $500 contribution and MAS will redraw a winner in accordance with these terms. 

Medical Funds Management Limited is the issuer of the MAS Investment Funds.  A PDS is available at mas.co.nz/investments 

The Prize is not transferable; MAS reserves the right to change the prize drawn, cancel the Prize Draw or exchange the Prize for a similar prize of equivalent value without notice at any time. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. MAS's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  

Employees of MAS and its related companies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.    

By entering the Prize Draw you agree that MAS may use your name and photograph for publicity purposes.   

MAS does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever to the winner beyond these terms and conditions.  

Variation: MAS reserves the right to vary any of these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice.
