By providing your details to redeem your prize, you agree to being contacted by MAS via email. You also agree to be contacted by a MAS Adviser if required to facilitate prize redemption and consent to Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited (MAS), PO Box 957, Wellington, collecting and holding this information in accordance with the MAS Privacy Statement, including sending promotional emails. The promoter of this prize is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited, Level 3, PwC Centre, 10 Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140.
The prize recipients are the winners of the designated golfing and cycling events and have been selected by the event organisers in accordance with the event rules.
Each winner will receive one MAS Investment Funds contribution valued at $500.
Winners must redeem their prize by emailing marketing@mas.co.nz within 60 days of receiving their voucher. Unless contacted by a MAS Adviser prior to emailing. If a winner does not make contact within this period, MAS will not be liable to make the $500 contribution.
To receive the $500 contribution, the winner must be an account holder of a MAS Investment Funds account in their name (individual or joint).
If a winner is not already an account holder, they must open a MAS Investment Funds account. Standard MAS Investment Funds application, eligibility, and customer due diligence requirements apply.
Where a winner already has a MAS Investment Funds account, MAS will contact them to confirm which account the contribution should be deposited into.
If MAS is unable to confirm a winner's account details within 60 days of first contact, MAS will not be liable to make the $500 contribution.
The prize is not transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Employees of MAS and its related companies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to receive this prize.
By accepting the prize, winners agree that MAS may use their name and photograph for publicity purposes.
MAS does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever to the winners beyond these terms and conditions.
Variation: MAS reserves the right to vary any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
