By entering the MAS Members' Choice Award promotion (Promotion), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The promoter of the Promotion is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited (MAS), Level 3, PwC Centre, 10 Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140.
- The Promotion is open to current MAS Members residing in New Zealand who cast a valid vote in the MAS Members' Choice Award during the promotional period.
- Voting opens on 25 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 16 October 2026. Votes received after this time will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple votes or entries from the same individual will not increase the entrant's chances of winning.
Major prize draw
5. There is one (1) major prize to be won. The prize includes:
- Two (2) tickets to the Art in the Park Opening night event at Eden Park on Thursday 12 November 2026;
- Return domestic economy flights within New Zealand for the winner and one guest; and
- One (1) night's accommodation in Auckland for the winner and one guest.
6. The total prize package is subject to availability and must be taken in conjunction with the Thursday Opening Night event. The prize cannot be separated into individual components.
7. Flights and accommodation will be arranged by MAS through its nominated travel provider. Travel arrangements are subject to availability.
8. Air travel includes standard economy airfares only and does not include travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, spending money, checked baggage, seat selection, or any other incidental expenses unless expressly agreed by MAS.
9. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they are available to travel on the dates required to attend the event. No alternative dates will be offered.
10. The winner will be randomly drawn by a MAS representative following the close of voting.
11. The winner will be contacted by MAS using the contact details associated with their vote for the MAS Members’ Choice Award within (7) days of the prize draw closing.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within five (5) working days of being notified, MAS reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Paint-by-numbers giveaway:
13. The first one hundred (100) eligible MAS Members who submit a valid vote during the promotional period will each receive one (1) paint-by-numbers kit.
14. Eligibility for the paint-by-numbers giveaway will be determined based on the date and time a valid vote is received by MAS.
15. Only one (1) paint-by-numbers kit may be claimed per MAS Member.
16. Paint-by-numbers kits will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
17. Paint-by-numbers kits will be sent to the postal address associated provided in the MAS Members’ Choice Award Survey. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are current.
18. MAS does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered paint-by-numbers kits.
General:
19. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
20. MAS reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
21. Employees of MAS and its related companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
22. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that MAS may use their name and photograph for publicity purposes.
23. If a winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, MAS reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
24. MAS does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever to any entrant or winner beyond these terms and conditions.
25. MAS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, cancel the Prize Draw, or make changes to the prize at any time without prior notice.
26. MAS's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw.
