This Offer is promoted by Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited (“MAS”). MAS is collecting and will hold this information. You can access and correct this information under the Privacy Act 2020. MAS will only send you promotional communications if you elected to receive these communications.
By taking out a Relevant Policy (as defined below), you accept these terms and conditions.
“You” refers to the “Nominated Policy Owner”. Nominated Policy Owner means the policy owner who has been nominated to receive all the correspondence for the Relevant Policy on the MAS Motor Vehicle Insurance application form.
“Relevant Policy” means a new MAS motor vehicle policy taken out by a new MAS Member within the Offer Period.
Offer period
The MAS Investment Offer starts on 24 November 2025 and ends on 19 December 2025.
The Offer
The Offer is a MiTag Duo item tracker (“the Offer”). The Offer is available through MAS to Nominated Policy Owners who meet the Offer criteria below.
Offer criteria
This Offer applies to new MAS Motor Vehicle Insurance policies between 24 November 2025 and ends on 19 December 2025 (“the Offer Period”).
The Offer is available to the first 200 new MAS Motor Vehicle Policies during the Offer Period.
Nominated Policy Owners are only eligible to receive one MiTag Duo item tracker per Motor Vehicle Policy purchased during the Offer Period.
This offer is not available for existing MAS Members.
You must be aged 18 and over and you must meet the Offer criteria above.
The Offer excludes replacement vehicle policies.
The Offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Receiving the Offer
MAS will aim to post the Offer to the Nominated Policy Owner within 2 weeks of policy acceptance.
The Offer will be posted according to the Nominated Policy Owner’s physical address as per the policy details.
Where the Nominated Policy Owner opens a joint Motor Vehicle Insurance policy, only one MiTag Duo item tracker per policy will be allocated.
Your personal information
By taking out a new MAS Motor Vehicle Policy, the MAS Group will collect your personal information and the personal information of any additional policyholder(s), insured persons or members.
You have the right to check and correct any information you provide to enter this Offer.
We will collect, hold and use the information you provide in line with the MAS Privacy Statement.
Other conditions
We may change, extend, or cancel the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
MAS may refuse to allocate a MiTag Duo item tracker to a person who, in the MAS Group’s reasonable view, has acted fraudulently or not complied with these terms and conditions.
This Offer and these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by the laws of New Zealand.
