Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited (MAS), PO Box 957 Wellington, is collecting and will hold this information. You can access and correct this information under the Privacy Act 2020. MAS will only send you promotional communications if you elected to receive these communications. 

By entering the MAS Communication Preferences Update Prize Draw (the Prize Draw), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited, Level 3, PwC Centre, 10 Waterloo Quay, PO Box 957, Wellington 6140. 
  2. The Prize Draw is open to MAS Members who update their communication preferences using the MAS online communication preferences form during the campaign period. 
  3. Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic when a Member submits their updated communication preferences via the MAS online form during the 6 month campaign period of 1 July to 31 December 2025. 
  4. Only one entry per Member will be accepted. 
  5. Two (2) winners will be drawn each month, with each winner receiving one $100 MAS Prezzee e-gift voucher. There will be 2x $100 Prezzee vouchers drawn per month, for 6 months (total of 12 vouchers). 
  6. Monthly prize draws will take place on or around the first business day of the following month, and winners will be contacted using the contact details provided to MAS (phone or email). 
  7. If a winner does not claim their prize within 5 working days of being contacted, the prize may be redrawn in accordance with these terms. 
  8. The prize is not transferable, MAS reserves the right to change the prize drawn, cancel the Prize Draw or exchange the Prize for a similar prize of equivalent value without notice at any time. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. MAS's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  
  9. Employees of MAS and its related companies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 
  10. By entering the Prize Draw, winners agree that MAS may use their first name and city or region for reasonable publicity purposes in relation to the Prize Draw, without further compensation. 
  11. If a winner does not comply with these terms, MAS reserves the right to withdraw the prize and reallocate it. 
  12. MAS accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance of the prize beyond these terms and conditions. 
  13. MAS reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or to cancel the Prize Draw at any time, without notice.
