MAS invites our Members to join us online at the MAS Members' Trust Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This is a great opportunity to hear about MAS key activities over the past year including business results, major milestones and membership activities. We will be streaming the AGM for Members across the country.
There are 5 resolutions and 1 election to be voted on this year. The meeting agenda is below.

Members can vote for or against resolutions, abstain or appoint a proxy to determine how their vote is cast. To request a link to the online voting form please email agm@mas.co.nz.
For those not attending the meeting, votes must be received before 7:00pm on Monday 18 August 2025.
