All Members and their families receive free access to the Āki Wellbeing Hub

When you’re facing stress and uncertainty, it’s crucial you look after your physical and mental health. That’s why we’ve partnered with Synergy Health to launch the Āki Wellbeing Hub, which is free for Members and their families.

This online resource centre provides tools and simple, pragmatic advice about how to improve your physical health, along with your nutritional, mental, and financial wellbeing.

Counselling

All Members receive free EAP counselling sessions

MAS Members can take advantage of three free EAP counselling and support sessions.

The counselling is available 24/7 and is run by EAP Services, an independent counselling service. They are happy to work with you remotely, so you can keep your distance if you want to.

This service is completely free to Members. All you need to do is mention you are with MAS, and EAP Services will invoice us directly. Your privacy is guaranteed – we do not receive any information about which Members have used the service.

MAS Talks

All Members have the opportunity to hear from influential, interesting and inspiring speakers through the MAS Talks series

Past speakers have included award-winning Canadian science journalist Alanna Mitchell and internationally-renowned wildlife photographer David Yarrow.

MAS Talks events happen across the country each year. Members will be given exclusive access to reserve seats to the events. The evenings include a chance to meet and greet the keynote speaker as well as catch up with friends and family over a drink and something to eat before the event begins. Attendees are able to engage with a Q&A during the event.
